Enjoy car shows?  Like to show off your car?  Like to look at beautiful and interesting cars?  Would an Open Car Show satisfy your cravings?
Crusin' the Ouachitas
Open Car, Truck, & Motorcycle Show

Alan and Donna at American Performance would like to invite you to come to the beautiful Ouachita Mountains to our car show and to enjoy the other events in town. Mena is located in Southwest Arkansas, in the heart of the Ouachita Mountains and the Ouachita National Forest. We are 1 1/2 « hours south of Ft. Smith and 1 1/2 « hours west of Hot Springs. Mena is a wonderful home town with warm friendly people and spectacular scenery. We have scenic drives, and recreational areas such as the Talimena Scenic Drive from Mena to Talimena Oklahoma through a 640 acre State Park and much more. The Queen Wilhelmina lodge offers a special experience in lodging and events.  Visit the official Mena web site, www.gomenaarkansas.com for more local information, places to stay, and places to eat.  Another web site with  interesting facts, fictions, and myths about Mena, Arkansas is www.MenaArkansas.US.

Donna has been an Event Planner for over 24 years. Donna is also a former caterer and presently does advertising specialties for several major corporations throughout the South and West. If your car club would like to plan an outing here, Donna can plan everything from A-Z. See the information about event planning.

Alan has turned a hobby of buying and selling classic cars, especially muscle cars of the 60's into a business after his retirement from a telecommunications company in 1999. Donna and Alan have been vendors and participants at many car shows all over the country for several years and we hope you will come and enjoy our show next year.

The 2007 show has come and gone and what a great show it was.  We hope you made it to Mena for the 2007 Cruzin the Ouachitas car show along with the revived Lum and Abner festival.  If you didn't make it this year be sure to plan on being here next year.

Check our website for updates on our show and email us with any questions or comments you may have. See you in June 2008!

Thanks for visiting!
